FORMAT: Tournament is open to classic and recreational teams. Each team will play a minimum of 3 games. Competition will begin at 6:00 pm on Friday and conclude on Sunday.. A three person referee system is guaranteed for all matches of U13 and above. No referee abuse will be tolerated. Play will be governed by the FIFA Laws of the Game except where amended by US Youth Soccer Rules of Play and/or Tournament Rules.
ELIGIBILITY AND AGE GROUPS: Any team in good standing with its state soccer association is welcome. Tournament roster may include 3 guest players. Teams are based on USSF/USYSA age groups for boys and girls (U-8 through U-19); age groups may be combined. Age groups of U13 and above will use 3 referees.
Every effort will be made to have 3 referees for other age groups.

* If inclement weather, the Director will have the authority to relocate/reschedule games or cancel all or part without penalty.
APPLICATION: The tournament entry form, a player roster (may include three guest players), and the appropriate entry fee (see below) must be submitted by May 27, 2009. A free t-shirt will be provided to each team that submits their application prior to May 27. Teams withdrawing from the tournament after acceptance will forfeit application fee unless a replacement team is found by the withdrawing team.
Upon check-in, teams will be required to furnish the following: 1) State roster, 2) Laminated 2008-09 player pass with picture, 3) Medical release/waiver forms, and 4) Travel papers for out of state teams.
COST AND AWARDS: Entry fee covers costs for referees, games, fields, and awards.
U8 - $125 Participation medals
U9 – U10 - $225 1st – Team trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd – Medals
U11 – U12 - $275 1st – Team trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd - Medals
U13 – U14 - $290 1st – Team trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd – Medals
U15 – U16 - $300 1st – Team trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd – Medals
U17 – U19 - $325 1st – Team trophy and medals, 2nd & 3rd – Medals
Games will be considered complete if one half has been completed and the Game Director stops play. If all or a portion of the Tournament is cancelled due to good cause, refunds will be issued as follows: No games played - 30%, one game played - 20%, two games played 10% of total cost.

Refund Policy: If withdrawing after acceptance into tournament, a refund will be given if a replacement team is found by the withdrawing team. Only USSF certified referees will be used. There will be no tolerance for referee abuse.
